This firm has a commitment to expanding its Charities team with the recruitment of a senior lawyer to handle a broad caseload working with both national and regional charities. The work will include advising clients on applications for registration to the Charity Commission, the formation of incorporated and unincorporated charities, the creation, administration and variation of charitable trusts, Charity Commission compliance, corporate governance, trustee remuneration, mergers and de-mergers and Charity Commission investigations and reviews.
You will have a proven track record of working in this developing sector and an important part of your brief will be both to develop existing and form new relationships with charities locally and nationally which will mean that you will enjoy business development and be able to demonstrate such.
