Job Description

Regional law firm require a dispute resolution lawyer to manage a full range of charities and legacy disputes to include probate fraud, validity of wills or relating to the construction of gifts claims, estoppel claims and Court of Protection matters. Candidates will have a proven track record in a range of business development and marketing activities. You will also possess experience in supervising and developing others.
