Mid-Level Solicitor in Corporate, Leading Australian law firm in Sydney - 3-5 years PQE

There currently is a need for a 3-5 years PQE Solicitor to join this firm's market leading M&A team in Sydney.

Your work will involve acting for some of Australia's leading corporations, advising clients on public company takeovers, schemes of arrangement, capital restructuring, and private negotiated M&A, as well as some equity capital markets work, private equity transactions and corporate governance work.

You will be dealing with both international and domestic clients across a broad range of industries and therefore gain exposure to the full spectrum of public and private M&A work.

The successful candidate should have an excellent academic record and at least 3 years' experience in Corporate/ Capital Markets work. You will be rewarded with the best training and mentoring and in addition offered a very competitive salary.
