Job Description

A leading Silver Circle law firm with extensive experience in debt and equity capital markets is currently looking for a US Securities Associate to join their team.

The team have represented many issuers and investment banks in relation to debt and equity issuances, in addition to advising non US issuers on compliance with US securities law.

Our client is ideally looking to expand the team at the mid level and as such is looking for an Associate with at least 3 years' PQE gained within a regarded US Securities team.
