Job Description

A leading international law firm is currently looking to recruit an Equity Capital Markets Lawyer into their growing group.

The team advise on a range of complex and international matters, and maintain excellent relationships with a range of leading organisations. They are highly regarded within the legal directories and have a strong international presence. The team advise on all types of equity transactions, from IPOs and secondary offerings to convertible bond issues, structuring investment funds and global depository receipt offerings.

The ideal candidate will have around 3 years' PQE although other levels of experience will be considered. You will have experience gained within a top tier UK or US law firm. You will be involved with business development and marketing of the group, and will be keen to add value to an already successful team.
