Leading US law firm is currently looking to recruit an Equity Capital Markets lawyer to join their thriving department. Our client is a leader within the US market and has an outstanding reputation to match.
The Capital Markets team have a number of accolades and are renowned for their prestigious client base, including corporate, governmental and investment banking clients throughout multiple jurisdictions. The role will sit within the wider Capital Markets Group and will work hand in hand with US securities associates in the London office. The team advise on a variety of capital market transactions, from IPOs, rights offerings, high-yield financings and other global equity offerings. Historically the team have advised on some of the largest capital markets offerings and continue to do so.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' PQE gained within a top tier UK or US law firm. You will be confident in your ability to manage a transaction from start to finish and assist more junior members of the team. ECM experience is a must although other more general corporate or debt capital markets experience is desirable.
