The Role
This is an exciting role within a rapidly expanding practice area. Our client is actively seeking to recruit an Associate or Senior Associate to join their Derivative Services Group in London. The role will involve advising asset, hedge fund and fund managers on regulatory matters including marketing, selling restrictions and licensing therefore a good knowledge of this area is essential.
About You
You must be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years` PQE in funds and Regulatory matters including cross-border issues.
You must have excellent academics - 2.1 minimum.
Experience of supervising junior members of the team will be advantageous.
You must have excellent organisational skills and a strong commercial awareness.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills across all levels as the role-holder will liaise regularly with colleagues, counsel and clients locally and internationally.
