We have a vacancy for a lawyer with 4 to 5 years post qualification private practice experience to join our commercial team. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with good inter-personal skills who has a proven track record in commercial law. The team is in the top tier in Chambers & Partners. You will be working with a wide range of businesses on all aspects of commercial law including trading agreements, shareholder/partnership agreements and reorganisations/ reconstructions
