Job Description
We are presently inviting interest from experienced Construction Lawyers with a strong background in projects to join our client a leading International firm based in Dubai. My clients are internationally recognised as having a market leading reputation and have a very strong presence within the UAE. Due to client demand, my clients are now expanding and the need has arisen to appoint an experienced Construction Lawyer to join their established team.
The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of 4 years PQE and have experience dealing with both contentious and non-contentious matters. As part of the construction team you will be involved in both local and large scale construction arbitration and litigation matters therefore candidates will be required to have a strong background in dealing with high profile cases. Candidates should be confident in reviewing, drafting and negotiating both agreements and complex project documentations.
