Job Description
Leap29 is representing this opening for a prestigious client in Singapore. This top tier international firm has a strong presence in Asia advising on high-profile corporate and finance transactions.
They are now hiring for a Corporate Finance Associate position. The successful individual must be the England & Wales Bar admitted lawyer who meets the following requirements:
- Strong technical background in general corporate finance background and debt capital
markets
- Minimum 4 years common law practicing experience
- Preferably have MTNs, convertible bonds, secured bonds, and securitisation experience.
- Leading international private practice background
- Strong client and communication skills
- Able to work independently and mentor junior lawyers
- English will be the working language; no other language requirements
