CAPITAL MARKETS SOLICITOR - LONDON CITY
Globally recognised law firm actively seeks a Mid Level & US Qualified Solicitor to join them in their London city office.
You will be joining the Capital Markets group in London, this is an integrated team of US, UK and dual-qualified lawyers. The group advises on all types of debt and equity securities transactions, including eurobond offerings, equity IPOs and high yield debt offerings.
This is an opportunity for a dynamic individual with interest in business development and outstanding technical skills to this department.
The ideal candidate will come from a similar city firm background with exposure and training to high quality work. It is essential that the candidate has strong academic (minimum 2.1 degree), personal and technical skills need to support the client work or the department. It is also important that the candidate has strong client management and relationship skills in this client facing role. Excellent written communication and drafting skills are required.
