Job Description

This leading international firm has made a key lateral hire further strengthening its global finance group. The team advises major international corporations, governments and banks on a broad range of debt and convertible offerings.

You will need to be E&W qualified, have 3 to 6 years PQE and have strong experience in general finance and DCM ideally including MTNs, convertible & exchangeable bonds, secured bonds, asset backed and securities and securitisations. You will also need an excellent academic profile as well as strong client management skills.
