Job Description

Synergy Financial Solutions is a Financial Claims Management Company specialising in PPI and Mis-Sold Mortgage Claims.
We have the opportunity for an IMMEDIATE start for a Legal Assistant / Claims Administrator at our Elland, West Yorkshire Offices.
You will ideally have legal or financial training to be able to deal with the administration and escalation of financial claims. Candidates from a Financial Compliance Background also welcome.
Your primary role will be the assessment and administration of Mis-Sold Mortgage complaints to UK financial institutions and Mortgage Advisers.
Knowledge of mortgage compliance would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given. However, you will need to have the aptitude and capability to cope with fine detailed work using credit agreements and Mortgage documents. You will also need to have the interpersonal skills to interact with clients over the telephone.
