Exceptional opportunity for a junior/mid level Banking Solicitor to join a leading team with an enviable Banking & Insolvency team.
Handling top quality work advising banks and other institutions on a wide range of finance matters, you will see your career develop and flourish in this supportive environment. The Banking team has developed exceptional client relationships and is highly regarded in the finance arena.
On offer to you is the opportunity to work closely with L500 market leading Banking and finance partners on a varied caseload covering guarantees & indemnities, security documentation, facility agreements and intercreditor agreements.
With at least 1 year's PQE in banking law you will be ready to progress your career and move it to the next level. You will have solid drafting and negotiating skills coupled with an interest in marketing and business development.
