Fee Earner: Secured Banking
Birmingham
££A vacancy has arisen in this busy Leading Law firm for two Fee Earners in the Secured Banking Team. You will be carrying out debt recovery work for secured and defended unsecured matters, which includes mortgage repossession work.
Suitable candidates will need to have solid experience of the litigation process and will need to have strong, organisational skills, time management skills, negotiation skills and communication skills.
You will need to be able to demonstrate a real interest in secure banking.
Experience of using case management systems will be an advantage.
