Banking Solicitor - 3+PQE - Birmingham - Top 15 Law Firm
This top 15 law firm is currently looking to recruit a Banking lawyer with 3+ years' post qualification experience to join its Birmingham Banking Team.

The firm advises chief financial officers of its corporate clients, particularly listed companies and companies in the construction and manufacturing sectors where it has market leading sector expertise.
By delivering a high quality legal service from a banking and finance team with access to a deep knowledge of current market practice, including pricing, as a result of being on panels, and acting for, all of the UK clearing banks and a number of European and investment banks in relation to bilateral and syndicated lending transactions a truly partner led service at a cost which is extremely competitive when compared to its main competitors in this area of practice.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a generalist banking background with particular experience in acquisition finance, corporate lending and real estate finance.
The successful candidate will ideally have gained experience in a City firm or large regional practice. Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. They will be a team player with a strong client focussed approach and excellent communication and organisational skills.
