Our client is a Legal 50 firm first established in the mid-19th Century and now employs over 1200 people in offices around the country. They are a full service law firm and invest time in order to build good working relationships with clients. They combine professional expertise with a personalised approach to deliver legal services to all their clients.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Case Handler to join the Mortgage Recoveries Department in Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will be assisting more senior members of the team in providing a comprehensive repossession litigation/rehabilitation service with a strong focus on customer and client service. After an initial period of training the successful candidate will manage their own caseload including maintaining the integrity of the data on own files, negotiating payments, ensuring electronic post, cheques and emails are correctly catalogued and saved daily.
About You
You will be a graduate with at least 12 months Litigation experience.
You must be a team player with excellent organisational skills and a detail orientated approach.
You must have an excellent telephone manner and drafting skills.
An ability to remain calm under pressure is also a prerequisite for this role.
You will also have exceptional negotiation skills.
