In House Commercial Solicitor
We are currently handling an exclusive assignment for our client, a financial services company providing a range of financial products and services, on a nationwide scale. Salary range is 55-65k.
The Company is currently looking to recruit a Commercial Solicitor with a background within Financial Services to undertake a 12 month temporary contract based out of their North West offices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating and drafting various agreements including terms of business agreements, IT software and hosting agreements. There will also be negotiation of distribution agreements including in relation to general insurance investments and pension products. An understanding and awareness of any operational and regulatory risk which may impact on the business is also essential.
The ideal candidate will have around 5-6 years experience ideally gained within a financial services background and must be a self starter with the ability to work effectively with minimal oversight. Good organisational and planning skills are essential as is a commercial awareness and strong influencing skills.
This is a fixed term contract of 12 months duration.
