Our client, based in the UAE is a major force in the transport and logistics sector, and is also present and growing in several countries across the world. Based in Dubai, the incumbent will join a team of four lawyers and be responsible for negotiating major facility agreements as well as taking on more general commercial work as the need arises. There may also an opportunity to get involved in M&A transactions.
The ideal candidate will be a general banking lawyer with between four to eight years' PQE. However, candidates with less or more experience will be considered if they have the right skills and fit well into the team. Good English skills are essential, and candidates based outside the Middle East, including (South East) Asia and the Far East will be considered with relocation available for the right candidate.
