US SECURITIES/HIGH YIELD ASSOCIATE REQUIRED FOR MAGIC CIRCLE PRACTICE. NEW YORK RATES OFFERED. JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL ROLE
The US Securities practice of this Magic Circle practice is one of the largest and most sophisticated practice groups of its kind in the City. Due to ongoing expansion, the department has a new role available for a US-qualified lawyer with 1-4yrs call.
You should have strong experience of US federal securities laws (including Rule 144A and Regulation S) together with some high yield and/or leveraged finance expertise. A second European language would be a distinct advantage (particularly French, German, Spanish or Italian).
New York rates are offered with this role, and you will have the opportunity to work on some high-end finance and securities transactions within a close-knit team of associates and partners.
You should have a JD degree from a top US law firm.
