The role

We are seeking an associate with excellent experience in US Securities and, in particular, international experience in debt issues and/or structured debt transactions, either from the Magic Circle or a US Firm with an established practice.

Key requirements:

Excellent academics.
US qualified.
Strong client focus with an ability and willingness to get actively involved in marketing and business development.
Commercially driven.
Able to work effectively as part of a team.
