STRUCTURED FINANCE ASSOCIATE - LONDON

Our client, a top City law firm has an outstanding reputation in dispute resolution and high-value transactional advice. Their clients include prominent global and national businesses.
Alongside their reputation in dispute resolution and corporate, our client has leading practices in finance, real estate, competition, tax and employment, pensions and incentives. They are also acknowledged as leaders in a number of industry sectors.
THE ROLE
The structured finance, derivatives and debt capital markets team advise a wide range of clients on securitisations, structured credit transactions and derivatives, as well as traditional debt capital market issues such as Eurobonds and EMTNs. Of particular interest are lawyers with experience of derivatives (funded or unfunded) to act for both banks and corporates and support transactions where there is a derivatives element.
The successful candidate will be expected to lead and negotiate transactions; will be responsible for drafting legal advice for clients and; will adopt a client-facing role.
ABOUT YOU
Qualifications required
- 2.5 years PQE +
- Excellent academics
- Experience in a broad range of structured finance, securitisation and derivatives transactions.
- The desire and ability to help grow and develop the finance practice.
You will be from private practice or be a lawyer with a bank, hedge fund or similar.
