INVESTMENT FUNDS - NQ-2YRS - BROAD PRACTICE SPANNING VARIOUS FUND TYPES AND ASSET CLASSES - MAGIC CIRCLE

The Funds Group of this Magic Circle practice is looking to expand with the hire of up to two additional junior associates (NQ-2yrs).

You will join a busy and established group comprising 3 dedicated funds partners together with 8 associates at various levels of qualification. The practice is deliberately broad, spanning various asset classes and fund types including PE funds, listed funds, real estate and infrastructure funds, retail, and hedge funds. You will therefore be afforded the opportunity to work on a varied and diverse caseload, including advising on fund formation and regulation, supporting the M&A team, and advising on the use of fund vehicles in finance transactions, joint ventures and consortia.

If you are newly qualified you must have spent 6 months of your training contract in a well-regarded funds group. An excellent academic record is a must.
