FS Regulation Elation
Our client is an ambitious and growing European law firm, who is well regarded across all practice areas. This firm boasts an impressive client list including, banks, asset managers and brokers, and is looking to expand its already dominant financial services team.
The role is varied and includes acting for and against asset managers (often hedge funds), brokers, banks and other market participants. The work includes disputes (and litigation) as well as contested FSA regulatory matters including internal investigations and defending clients.
You will be a UK qualified solicitor with 2-3 years' experience of FSA regulatory work, preferably on the contentious side. You will have superb academics and have the drive and determination to succeed within a commercial environment. You will also be a great team player, and enjoy working as part of a team.
