CORPORATE RECOVERY & RESTRUCTURING - LONDON

The Role
We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Solicitor to join our clients` Legal 500-rated Corporate Recovery and Restructuring team in London. The caseload will include liquidations, rescues, administration, receiverships, reconstructions and international insolvencies. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years` PQE in Recovery and Restructuring, preferably within a leading City, National or International practice.
About You
You will have an excellent academic background.
You must be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years` PQE.
You will be ambitious, driven and commercially aware.
You must be able to work effectively on your own initiative and as part of a team.
You must have experience in non-contentious restructuring and general banking matters.
Experience in contentious matters would be an advantage but is not essential for this role.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and have an aptitude for business development.
