Job Description

Highly successful corporate team in a superb location in the city of London, is seeking to appoint a talented Corporate Lawyer.

The team is looking to take the Corporate practice to a new level in time to take advantage of the expected demand in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Equity Capital Markets.

You will have experience in both private and public M&A matters as well as corporate advisory work for listed companies and equity capital markets.

Working closely with senior team members will be key to developing this practice area and as such you will ideally have experience in both the main market and AIM and be familiar with the Listing, Prospectus and Disclosure Rules and Takeover Code. The ability to draft offer/scheme documents, prospectuses and placing agreements will be highly regarded.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years PQE and have a good grounding in general corporate and M&A work. This is obviously a guide, and candidates with lesser experience who believe they have the required skill set are encouraged to apply.
