Job Description
Leading financial services institution is seeking a commercial contracts lawyer to cover a maternity leave starting in March/April 2012 for 12 months.
This is an excellent opportunity to get involved in a mix of commercial and corporate matters with experience in commercial contracts being essential. Candidates from a financial services background would be ideal but is not essential. More important is a dynamic and an ambitious individual who has a solid range of commercial contracts.
Lawyers from a commonwealth jurisdiction including Australia and New Zealand without any UK experience will be considered for this position.
