Research & Development Consultant/Solicitor (Financial Mis-selling)
Liverpool

We are currently exclusively retained on an exciting new role with a progressive and dynamic Merseyside Law Firm. In line with continued strategic growth and forward planning, our client wishes to recruit a Research & Development Consultant to join their large, well established Financial Claims team based in the heart of Liverpool.

This is a new role bolting on to a 17-strong team who currently specialise in Financial Mis-selling relating to PPI. The primary focus of the role will be to proactively research the financial claims market for strategic and operational planning and new claims development to ensure maximum profitability and growth in line with the company`s vision and ethos.

The successful recruit will be responsible for generating new areas of claim within the financial claims arena following research and market analysis; you will also be responsible for developing new processes and monitoring/controlling the efficiency and cost both internally (in terms of operational processes) and externally (market conditions, competitors etc).

You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to consider how to market new areas of business and will foresee and minimise risk as far as is practicable. Liaising with the Board of Directors you will forecast staff requirements as the business continues to grow and will provide regular reports to the Board to assist with claims performance evaluation and other key business decisions.

Previous experience in a similar role/environment would be beneficial. The firm are happy to hear from both qualified solicitors and non qualified candidates provided all applicants can demonstrate knowledge of the PPI claims process and a working knowledge of the FOS.

Salary up to £40k. Flexi time available including home working.
