HR MANAGER - KENT
This law practice is one of the oldest in the Kent area and has been serving the local community for several hundred years. Despite this long and illustrious history the firm has always been a keen advocate of change, developing in parallel with the needs of it`s clients.

With the way the firm has expanded and grown in recent years, not only in numbers but also the variety of services they provide, the company is now looking for an experienced HR Manager to join the firms already established Human Resources team. Due to the nature of the post previous management experience is essential. Along with managing the HR team itself the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the firms HR procedures and assist the Partners with any HR related issues that arise.

The ideal candidate will have several years` experience of managing an HR team and, where not essential, recognised HR qualifications will certainly be viewed favourably. There are excellent prospects for the right candidate and the remuneration package is very attractive. The basic salary will be circa £35,000-£50,000pa
