THE PROPOSITION
Banking and Finance Partners, or highly experienced Senior Associates are invited to apply for a Group Partnership appointment with this major private practice law firm in the Channel Islands. This is an outstanding opportunity to live and work in this idyllic off-shore location. Applicants will have a wealth of high quality banking and finance experience that covers a wide spectrum of casework covering senior debt, private equity, structured finance, asset finance. It is also beneficial to have capital markets and funds experience . However, it is crucial that candidates should have an excellent track record of business generation and have close working relationships with leading financial institutions. For this appointment an excellent salary in excess of six figures is available as is an appropriate Housing Licence. Needless to say, Taxation at this level is extremely advantageous.
