Our Client is a leading Channel Islands law firm with an outstanding reputation in this area. They are regularly instructed on significant cases, often involving very high value matters and international jurisdictions. Banking and trust litigation are particularly active areas at present, and in the light of this continued growth our client is seeking an additional Senior Associate.
You should have a minimum of five years PQE in financial services litigation, ideally gained within an offshore jurisdiction. Certainly you will need to have experience of offshore issues, including tracing, freezing, enforcement, etc. A background in general commercial litigation would also be helpful, as would experience of ADR work.
