Job Description
Our Client is a leading international investment manager specialising in private equity. They require a Legal Counsel to be responsible for supporting the direct investment advisors in all legal and tax matters in the investment process. This will involve managing the tax and legal due diligence efforts including negotiating transaction documents. Also instructing and liaising with external counsel in various jurisdictions.
