Defendant RTA Paralegal
A Defendant RTA Paralegal is required to manage a caseload of Defendant RTA matters on behalf of a long established Insurance firm with offices throughout the country. Salary to c£18K
The RTA team acts for a number of large, well known insurance companies and you can expect to run a quality caseload of pre and post litigation Defendant RTA files. You will have previous experience of handling a caseload of motor related claims including detailed review and analysis of evidence throughout the life of the case, periodic reporting to the client, legal research, drafting defences and settling files.
The successful candidate will be an experienced RTA fee earner preferrably from a Defendant background although experienced Claimant candidates with a proven track record and who can demonstrate a strong desire to move into Defendant work may also be considered, This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading firm undertaking high quality work.
