COMMERCIAL LENDING TEAM LEADER - GREATER MANCHESTER

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced team supervisor to join our clients` successful Commercial Lending practice in the North West. The successful candidate will manage a team of Paralegals and ensure the team consistently delivers a high level of customer service. The role will include training and development of the team, absence management, workload allocation and monitoring team resources in order to meet deadlines.
About You
You must have a proven track record of supervisory experience within a similar role.
You must have excellent interpersonal skills.
You will have excellent leadership and motivational skills.
You must be diligent with excellent organisational skills.
You will have good academics.
