BANKING - LEVERAGED FINANCE
SOLICITOR / LAWYER.
LONDON - CITY
Legal Works is currently recruiting for this international law firm looking for a banking / finance lawyer to join the London City office and the Finance Group.
· The Finance Group is a lender led business & acts for a wide range of institutions including clearing banks, investment banks, building societies, mono-line insurers, issuers, borrowers & institutional investors.
· The specialist Leveraged Finance team is one of the largest & most active teams in the UK and continental Europe. They regularly advise senior lenders, mezzanine lenders, venture capitalists & companies on all aspects of leveraged debt financing.
· This includes all aspects of the debt financing of public and private company acquisitions, MBOs, MBIs & other institutional buyouts in the UK & internationally.
· The team also offers legal advice to financiers delivering solutions where the offering consists of a combination of senior, mezzanine, subordinated and equity funding.
· The Team provides continuing advice and assistance to clients in dealing with distressed credit issues and work closely with our restructuring group to find appropriate solutions.
· The team now seeks to recruit an additional, talented, technically excellent, solicitor with at least 5PQE+ in a firm rated for its Banking / Finance practice
