Job Description

A leading global investment manager is currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated paralegal/ legal assistant to support their well established in-house team. Although initially a temporary role, for the right candidate this position could become permanent.

Reporting directly to the Head of Legal and supporting a team of approximately 10 lawyers you will be involved in a variety of work including:

• Record management
• Coordination and arrangement of signing of all relevant legal documents
• Arranging signing of ISDA and other master agreements
• General documentation support including word and excel skills

• Payment of legal fees and updating the legal fee database
• Production of legal spend reports upon request

• Maintaining the legal intranet, an electronic library of advice and templates
• Maintaining corporate secretarial software database including

Ideally you will be have at least 2 years paralegal/ legal assistant experience gained within a similar environment and/or strong administrative skills with exposure to working with lawyers. As a part of this collegiate and forward thinking team you will receive excellent training and mentoring, enjoy a varied work load and have a close working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
