In House Banking & Financial Services Lawyer
6mth Contract

Our client a leading Banking Group now requires an experienced Banking lawyer to join their team.

You will be responsible for providing pro-active and commercially-focused legal support to the Wholesale businesses in particular the Corporate Products, Marketing, Risk and Change Management teams.

You will be a strong commercial focused banking/commercial lawyer with good, UK, experience in banking, financial services, product development and change programmes. Of course you will have good technical knowledge and understanding of banking products and services, bank processes for banking products and services including money transmission, current and deposit accounts and related law and regulation

Experience of the Payment Services Regulations 2009, FSA and DPA issues would be beneficial
