My client, a leading International Law Firm seek a UK and/or US Qualified Associate to join their Equity Capital Markets practice in the City. The firm is incredibly well regarded with a strong presence in the worlds major financial / commercial markets. This is a transactional role advising on international M&A, General Corporate Advice and Capital Markets.

The client base is mainly comprised of Investment Banks and the work involves IPO's, Dual Listed Offerings of Debt & Equity, High Yield Debt Offerings, Rule 144A and Regulation S Offerings.

You will be a US/UK Qualified Lawyer with a minimum of three years experience, with excellent academics having trained/worked at a leading City / US practice. You will be highly business orientated with an excellent technical grasp of US securities law/Capital Markets practice.
