Banking and Finance Solicitor, the City
A Banking and Finance Solicitor is wanted for a fantastic opportunity with an international law firm based in the City, commanding a salary of between £70,000 and £90,000.
My client has its headquarters here in the UK but can boast an enviable international presence. It is a full service firm whose customers include FTSE 250 and 100 companies, public sector organisations and private businesses.
You will be reporting into the Banking and Finance Partners and advising on a broad range of banking and finance matters.
Upwards of 2 years pqe, you will be experienced at advising on a range of banking and finance transactions. You will be competent at running high value transactions with little or no supervision at all. You may also be a Supervisor who will enjoy the negotiation element of this role. Commercially minded, you will be capable of managing and developing client relationships. You will display gravitas and be a strong communicator.
