BANKING - ASSET FINANCE
SOLICITOR / LAWYER.
LONDON - CITY
Legal Works is currently recruiting for this international law firm looking for a banking / asset lawyer to join the London City office and the Finance Group.
The firm is one of the leading law firms advising public & private sectors in the increasingly dynamic global transport industry.
The Asset Finance team is experienced in transactions involving the procurement, financing & leasing of aircraft, ships, heavy & light rolling stock, rail infrastructure, oil rigs, power turbines & other moveable equipment.
The team works with a wide range of structures & products, including operating & finance leases, structured tax based financings, export-credit transactions, asset portfolio sales & purchases, leasing company acquisitions, Islamic Finance structures & residual value arrangements.
The international team regularly acts for banks, lessors, arrangers, airlines, ship owners & operators, train operating companies & manufacturers.
The team advises on issues arising from the complex regulatory & liability environment in which clients operate.
The Asset Finance team now seeks an additional solicitor with at least 4PQE+ gained at a leading firm with a strong reputation in this field.
