A top international firm is looking for Australian-qualified corporate specialists to join their expanding London team. The role, prompted by the expansion of the practice, is suited to an ambitious Australian-qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE. You will be covering a wide range of matters such as M&A, structuring and joint ventures, general financial services and fund management, and some infrastructure and project finance work. You will be a proactive and enthusiastic lawyer with good academics and a willingness to take on a broad variety of work.
The firm offer a competitive package, and whilst a UK qualification is not necessary, interested applicants must be willing to undertake the QLTS, and be genuine team players with a tenacious and meticulous attitude.
