ASSOCIATE SOLICITOR / LAWYER
Our clients a leading international law firm are looking to recruit a new Associate to the International Projects TEAM based in the London office.
To be successful YOU will be 3-5PQE, UK qualified with training / post qualified experience from a Magic Circle or a US firm with a strong project finance practice.
The TEAM deals with the full range of international project finance matters, so although YOU MUST be familiar with standard project documents the bulk of YOUR experience must be on the financing side.
The TEAM deals with large scale international oil & gas transactions (including a lot of LNG matters), power, and metals and mining, so experience in these areas would be beneficial and of interest.
In addition, any experience of multi-sourced financings (ie involving ECAs as well as bank financing, Islamic finance, capital markets debt or alternative sources of finance) would be very useful.
YOU should have proven business development experience and good project management skills, exercising first class judgment and discretion in transaction leadership.
