NEW ROLE PARTNER PROSPECT
INSOLVENCY / RESTRUCTURING SOLICITORS
INTERNATIONAL LAW FIRM.

Legal Works are currently seeking 4/5PQE Insolvency / Restructuring Solicitor to join this fast expanding team.
FIRM / TEAM
The Restructuring & Insolvency TEAM is comprised of teams of experienced lawyers from 20 plus offices around the world. As a result they are one of the few law firms able to provide proper cross-border solutions and national law responses to complex restructuring questions, wherever they may arise.
The firm's global presence allows them to help clients navigate through legal challenges in multiple jurisdictions
In addition to the work relating to insolvency issues generally, the team represents sellers and purchasers of distressed companies & troubled real estate, as well as international traders of distressed debt & other securities.
They represent clients who are:
debtors,
investors,
asset acquirers,
creditors and creditors' committees,
equity committees,
bondholders' committees,
indenture trustees,
financial institutions,
private investors,
shareholders,
major accounting firms,
foreign governments,
municipalities,
statutory authorities,
public and private companies,
foreign and domestic purchasers of assets in and out of bankruptcy, and
private individuals (officers and directors of distressed companies, assets and business units).
YOU
To be successful you will:-
· Be 1-3PQE
· Ideally have high quality relevant experience, gained at a top City / International firm or within a highly regarded/ranked Recovery, Insolvency or Banking department.
· Have a strong academic record;
· Have a commercial outlook and excellent people skills, drive and enthusiasm;
· Be comfortable working in a team driven environment and one where you will be dealing direct with clients;
· Ability and willingness to get involved in the strategic development of the department, business development and marketing a must.
