Legal Works are delighted to be recruiting for this lead international practice based in the London City office & who have a new LITIGATION role in the Financial Services / Regulatory team.
The Financial Services TEAM offers specialist legal expertise & practical advice on a wide range of issues, and helps those operating in financial services markets to structure and manage their businesses to comply with increasing regulatory requirements in the most efficient way.
The TEAM's expertise is drawn from industry & the Financial Services Authority (FSA).
The TEAM offers a wide range of advisory services, coupled with proficiency on financial services-related contentious legal matters, which is where this new additional role will sit.
The TEAM has particular experience in providing advice & representation in market misconduct issues and mis-selling and other sales practice-related complaints in the retail sector.
Ideally YOU will have a minimum of 3PQE contentious experience acting in a broad range of disputes involving financial institutions;
In addition, YOU will have a strong international element to your work experience.
YOU will have first class technical expertise, coupled with strong communication skills are prerequisite.
The FIRM would welcome applications from individuals from private practice firms with a good reputation in this area, financial institutions and regulators.
