**Exclusive Non- Contentious FS Reg Role- 5PQE**
Top 10 International law firm is looking to recruit some of the best talent in the current market to join their highly regarded regulatory team. Based in their London office you will be offered an attractive salary, coupled with the opportunity to work with experts in this field. This role will appeal to lawyers who want to progress their career towards partnership. The role will involve providing:
· advice on compliance and risk management policies and procedures including advice on the implementation of new regulatory requirements
· advice on responding to compliance problems, including conduct of reviews or internal investigations (whether or not at the request of the regulator)
· advice and representation during regulatory investigations and enforcement actions combining heavyweight litigation expertise with leading regulatory capability and top-ranked public lawyers, they handle the full range of civil, criminal and regulatory investigations and enforcement actions that can result from a regulatory failure
Pro-Legal's client is keen to hear from candidates with experience in advising on the regulatory elements of investment banking matters. You must have a minimum of a 2:1 degree with approximately 5 years' experience in financial services regulatory work.
