Fantastic new role for a top corporate / commercial lawyer to join a leading Financial Services business in the City. This challenging and highly rewarding role reports into the General Counsel.
Candidates will be involved in a wide variety of work including drafting and negotiating of various commercial agreements as well as advisory work on other projects and general commercial issues. You will also be responsible for liaising with both internal and external business partners.
To be considered for the role you will be ideally between 3 5 years' PQE*, having trained at a well regarded UK or international law firm; and also have had a secondment In-house. You will have exceptional commercial / legal business skills with a can-do attitude and an approachable manner. You must have the willingness and ability to show initiative in this busy and collaborative team. This role would suit a lawyer with business acumen who will understand the mechanics of business issues and give sensible, helpful and tailored legal advice.
