BIG BANKING / FAB FUNDS
SOLICITOR / LAWYER.
NQ-2PQE
Our clients are a top 10 UK City and international practice currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic banking/funds solicitor / lawyer to join a friendly and hugely successful team.
The breadth of the TEAM's practice, their technical & commercial expertise and the consistently high quality of the broader service are all factors cited by clients when they choose the firm to advise on the most complex disputes, transactions and projects.
The areas covered by the TEAM include capital markets, IPOs & secondary issues for London listed funds, private equity fund establishment, M&A in the asset management. They are recognised as experts and used by funds/asset managers; investment banks; the real estate sector; sovereign wealth funds & clean energy.
ROLE
· Will cover dealing with investment funds and asset management transactions
· Offer the opportunity to work in a market leading practice with high-calibre fee earners in a collegiate environment
· Provide involvement in cutting-edge fund formation transactions including establishing all types of funds(primarily listed, but also unlisted) & asset management corporate work with a significant international element
· Advising major leading, domestic and international, fund management houses, financial institutions & corporates sponsoring & managing funds as well as M&A work for fund managers
YOU
· Will be NQ-2PQE
· Arrive with excellent academics
· Will have either funds experience or general corporate & ECM experience
· If not already a Funds specialist, YOU will show a willingness to take on funds work (listed & unlisted, covering all manner of investment policies including hedge funds, real estate funds, private equity funds, infrastructure funds & renewables funds)
