THE PROPOSITION
Legal Counsel with at least 6 years pqe is now sought to work In-house, by this leading financial institution based off-shore in the Guernsey office. The purpose of the role is to manage the legal risks within the Fiduciary Services business of the Group, both off-shore and on-shore. You will advise the statutory Boards, Managers and Employees within the Fiduciary Services Teams of changes of law / practices in order to minimise risk. You will advise on legal issues both strategic and operational, including corporate structures, new products and services and litigation. You will be part of a multi disciplinary team within the Fiduciary Services business. This is an excellent opportunity to work in modern office accommodation in an excellent off-shore location. Salary will be very attractive and will have the benefit of off-shore taxation.
