Excellent opportunity for a high quality corporate M&A specialist will at least 4 years PQE with top-firm City experience to join a team handling complex corporate transactions on behalf of leading commercial clients. Work will also include advising upon public and private M&A, listings, restructuring, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and financing. High quality International, cross jurisdictional cases requiring intellectually bright, motivated lawyers with a good academic background and solid experience. Attractive package and benefits. The Channel Islands comprise two main populated islands Jersey and Guernsey with the former being the most southerly island in the British Isles approximate nine by five miles with a population of 85,000+, Guernsey is slightly smaller and less populated with around 60,000 people.
