THE PRACTICE Major off-shore private practice law firm in the Channel Islands
Jersey is the largest of the Channel Islands and is one of the world's major international finance centres. THE PROPOSITION
Banking, Structured Finance / Capital Markets Solicitor with at least 3 years quality experience gained with a major private practice law firm is now required to join the Jersey office of this leading Channel Islands law firm. The work is transactional and quite broad ranging covering all aspects of funding; restructuring, senior debt, and capital markets. You will be required to provide advice to both domestic and international clients. Salary will be very attractive with the usual off shore tax benefits and a Housing Licence.
